Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No worries. You have 30 days to return your purchase, provided it’s unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Your options

• Online Credit: Return shipping is at your cost. Choose Shop Now to receive an additional $20 credit, with free shipping on your new item.
• Exchange: Return shipping is at your cost. We’ll ship your replacement free of charge. Choose an Instant or Standard Exchange through the Returns Portal.
• Refund: Return shipping is at your cost, with a $20 handling fee deducted from your refund.

Good to know

• Clearance and flash sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless covered by Australian Consumer Law or Warranty.
• Selected items, including tents, sleeping bags, mats, pillows and hydration products, cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Promotional gifts must be returned if your order no longer qualifies for the offer.
• Warranty claims are separate and must be submitted through our Warranty Claim Request.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return.
