When returning products, they must be packed inside a satchel, box or the original carton they arrived in. If the packaging is marked or in unsatisfactory condition, we may not accept your return.

Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. If a BlackWolf product has a defect due to workmanship within the first three years of original ownership, we promise to work with you to resolve it. However, damage caused by sharp objects or misuse is not covered under the BlackWolf Warranty. Our warranty covers the original owner only and is not transferable.
