What is your return policy?

Returns shouldn’t be a hassle—and with BlackWolf, they aren’t. If your order arrives and it’s not quite what you had in mind, no worries! You’ve got 30 days to make a return and we offer flexible options, including credit, instant exchange, or standard exchange. Keep in mind, sale and Outlet clearance items are final sale and can only be returned if they qualify under Warranty.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Pack your returns in a satchel, box, or the original carton. If the packaging is damaged or unsatisfactory, we may not be able to process your return.

Hoping this bag will make travelling in Europe later in year much easier. Hoping the back pack option will make jumping on and off trains, going up stairs and managing cobblestones a breeze - or at least easier. Seems well made with various pockets to help packing.

This is my 2nd Black wolf bag . The first was well over 5 years ago and still has ripped,torn or failed in anyway and its been thru the ringer in alot of camps and FIFO conditions. Very happy.

Pretty good!

Wish it had a fabric handle on top of bag, near trolley handle. Would make it much easier to transition from rolling to carrying.

Mostly good, but...

It bulges at the base where the wheel cover for the backpack conversion is housed, especially once the bag is full. This dragged on the ground when the bag was being rolled across any surface that wasn’t perfectly even, and the base of the bag is damaged after one trip. I also wish there was a dedicated handle at the top rather than just the telescoping handle, this would have been handy for efficiently picking up the bag up short flights of stairs etc. It was honestly a great size for me and the different compartments worked well though.
